In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we exchange products and how we handle payments and refunds.

Non-Refundable Deposit and Payments
LeMbali policy of the non-refundable deposit aims to protect the interest of our business. For every purchase you wish to make, a deposit of 30% is payable upon placement of an order.
The remaining 70% is payable atleast 2 days before the delivery of an order.

Returns and Refunds
Online shoppers have the right, in terms of section 56 read with section 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, to receive goods which are of good quality and are reasonably suited for the purpose for which they are intended. Should you find that your goods purchased are defective, you have the right at your discretion to request a replacement or for the goods to be repaired or for a refund to take place within six months from the date of delivery.

However, due to the nature of our products, we will only permit complaints regarding quality of the products for 24 hours upon receipt of the package. Should the complaint be valid, either a new package will be sent free of charge or a cash refund will be granted (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
Delivery Costs
Delivery will be free to areas located 8km from Honeydew Ridge Estate IIa Emily Hobhouse street. For areas further than this, delivery will be charged as follows:
R50-R100 Areas in and around Roodepoort and Honeydew.
R80-R150 Areas in and around Randburg and Braamfontein
R120-R200 Areas in and around Brynston, Midrand and Centurion.
(Delivery will vary depending on direct drop-off location)
Customers will also have the option to collect their packages at these areas on selected days:
Rosebank Mall (R50)
Mall of Africa (R75)
Northgate Mall (R30)
Clearwater Mall (free)
For this option, customers must inquire about the day and time for collection. e.g Clearwater Mall collections for this week will be on Wednesday at 18:00)
